**Purpose:**
This policy outlines the measures and principles that will guide the continued operation of the New Sport program under Charity Helpers Foundation in the event of disruptions, leadership changes, or unforeseen circumstances.

---

**1. Mission Continuity Commitment:**
The foundational vision of New Sport—encouraging inclusive, adaptive, and creatively managed physical activity—shall be preserved across all stages of growth, transition, and expansion.

Regardless of future leadership or logistical challenges, the core values of accessibility, creativity, randomized fairness, and playful innovation must be upheld.

---

**2. Continuity Triggers:**
This policy takes effect in the event of:
- Temporary or permanent unavailability of original creators or administrators.
- Loss of access to digital infrastructure or hosting environments.
- Structural or operational changes in the parent charity.
- External emergencies that prevent normal operations.

---

**3. Organizational Safeguards:**
To protect program longevity, the following shall be maintained:
- **Redundant Documentation:** All files and protocols will be backed up and made available to designated leadership and regional coordinators.
- **Delegation Tree:** A fallback list of team coordinators and document stewards will be kept current.
- **Community Access:** The public-facing site will include downloadable templates and organizing kits that allow community-led continuation.

---

**4. Spirit of the Game Clause:**
If ambiguity arises in rules, structure, or leadership, continuation decisions should be made in the *spirit* of New Sport—not merely the *letter* of prior guidance. Flexibility and imaginative problem-solving are to be encouraged.

---

**5. Reinstatement of Activity:**
In the case of temporary pause, any regional or state team may resume operation using the last known document version set. If no central authority responds within 90 days, continuity is permitted under regional coordination until resolution.

---

**6. Termination Protocols:**
If the program must be officially retired, this decision must be:
- Issued in writing by the acting governing body of Charity Helpers Foundation.
- Accompanied by a public statement and a downloadable archive of all files and achievements.
- Structured to allow the public domain use of New Sport concepts going forward.

---

**7. Record-Keeping & Legacy:**
A digital archive of competitions, player stats, and team rosters will be maintained for historical and cultural continuity. Should a new generation of organizers emerge, they may adopt these archives as the basis for renewed activity.
